Congratulations!

My son (11 years) and I have really enjoyed our Bioloid Comp. Kit. The engineering that went into this product is nothing short of amazing. The fact that you can build over twenty different robots of varying complexity and have demo programs and videos all ready just adds to the value of the product.

My only gripe with the hardware is those darn screws and nuts - they are really small for someone with fat fingers!

As you indicate, one can dig in to the CM-5 as deep as you want. For a real challenge, try using ReAVR to disassemble the 20K of code, then put it into AVR Studio, start debug, and figure out what's going on!

Cheers,

Mike
Statistics: Posted by Bushwhackr — Tue Feb 27, 2007 4:56 am

... based on what I have read mostly here.

Thank you for that...

I cant wait to have the kit in my hand - it should arrive by Wednesday!!!!

(At the same time I started learning about Atmel microcontrollers, and assembler programming on them. I feel I will have quite a bit of fun for the next couple of years or so... )
Statistics: Posted by Gadgetguy — Mon Feb 26, 2007 7:08 pm
