Anybody knows how to use the Gangnam style file?

Hi, I executed the BIOLOID_Dance_GangNamStyle file. Only the legs are moving. The robot just keeps turning. How do I use the program to make it dances? There is a text file which came with the zip filed. When I opened it, I saw a lot of garbage characters. Certainly I know that those are not Korean.
