You should have no problem purchasing BASCOM and downloading it. I didn't and I live in Australia!<br /><br />You can use the JustBasic PC program of mine together with the HEX file I've compiled for the Humanoid build of the Robotis kit. But to actually program the robot in Basic you will need to buy the BASCOM compiler.
