.mtn File Accessing

Anyone know of any solution to my problem? I saw the motion compiler and decompiler on Bioloid Wiki but the binaries are for a Unices systems. Has anyone use these tools? Has any of you taken the sources and compiled it on a Win32/64 system?

Is there any way to read the motion file as a text file? I wouldn't mind being able to edit the motion file manually rather then clicking my way through various sections of the Motion Editor GUI.

One of the things I want to experiment with is setting the motion's acceleration/speed and also be able to forcefully hold my servo ID 19 that is located in the waist rotate to hold steady (Position 512). The default motion for the humanoid seems to want to turn that servo on and start rotating it, thus forcing me to disconnect that waist rotate servo.

I am working on a good way to do this. I'm thinking about setting up a server which you could search to find code. Right now you can upload them to RoboSavvy, or a file hosting site like Media Fire. (keep an eye on my website, http://ribolabs.wordpress.com)

I found it useful to create a folder in "My Documents" called "My Bioloid", then create a folder in it called "Humanoid", then a folder called "Kung-Fu" in that. Place the .mtn file in the Kung-Fu folder along with a Text or Word Document describing what it does, and also placing a screen shot or video of the movements in it also.

It seems that robot design is highly rely on Motion Editor (as a beginner), so can C programming improve the detail of motion? or is there any other program can help editing motion other than Motion Editor??

This might be the same question as I was about to ask.

Perhaps I've misread something, but it seems to me that once a motion file has been created and stored in the CM-5's memory, or saved as a MTN file, there is no way to actually get it back into the Motion Editor or Robot Terminal for subsequent editing or tweaking? If so that will be a pain - I'll have to start from scratch every time I want to produce a slightly different motion sequence.

Surely I've missed something somewhere.

I'm new to my Bioloid and how can I edit .mtn file? I can't open it using motion editor.

Instead of using trouble motion editor, should I purely use C program instead?
