As I already posted I managed to setup the Zig-bee hardware. I wrote a small utility in java that accepts input from zig-bee port (in my case it is port 16). The problem is that I am receiving a lot of packets (a 50 or so), not just one. So I am thinking that probably the Zig-bee module is operating in broadcasting mode. How can I adjust it so that it transmits "peer-to-peer".

Note I tried through the Robot terminal program, but I don't get the Zig-bee module configuration interface (the one you type '!' for configuration).

Any help is appreciated.

Charles
Statistics: Posted by JavaRN — Tue Feb 19, 2008 7:46 pm
