Can you find a PC/laptop with a 'real' serial port? I've seen problems with USB-serial adapters...

After create a motion page and save to flash of Cm-5 when i try to save to PC I select READ button on Robot Motion window of Behavioural Program a popup window appears to name the file target .mtn after choice a name and press ok three leds (manage, program & play) blinks inmediately I press “Start” the download begins and banner progress until 97% where stops and a popup show a message with failed! I change the USB port and laptop and problem persist!

Can you help me to resolve that issue?
