if only we could use/read the "internal timer" of the ax-s1 (briefly described on page 19 of the ax-s1 manual) we may have a relatively useful (pseudo)random number generator ...

Some interesting and not so obvious info in there, like estimating the direction a sound is coming from by using two AX-S1s and the Sound Generated Time registers (page 19).

Just a question with regard to the remote IR receiver port that is on the AX-S1. HAs anyone managed to get it to receive data? I have had a quick play but to no avail.

Also if anyone has found the AX-S1 manual in English could they let me have a copy. I have requested this from Robotis but haven't heard anything as yet.
