Barbar,

I had recently (earlier today) found a pdf file about this group. It all looked pretty interesting. with lots of details about what they had done.

Now if they were prepared to share some of what they know it would be great. Like inaki, I too have many questions I would love to ask but like you feel the most important is how have they overcome the issue of the software/firmware bugs.........

Wouldn't it be great if they had a simple answer

Unfortunately my german (and spanish) is limited to ordering food and drink so I wouldn't be a lot of help in the communications arena......

Inaki,

it was not my intention of annoying you. If I did, sorry! I cant speak spanish except those two words you obviously noticed.

But to answer both of your questions (for I am a starter as well):

#1 Yes I have taken note of every question. (unfortunately I cannot answer the questions for lack of knowledge. Maybe others can!)

#2 Its a pain in the neck to live with the bugs (but still I wont jump out of the window up to now)

Do you think that this is not the best place to ask questions? Make a suggestion for an alternative (PM if you wish, include others if you wish).

Errr, I don't speak German as you speak Spanish !
Have you taken note of every question we have ? Actually I have LOTS of questions but I afraid to ask !

For starters a general question: how do you live with so many bugs in the software ?

Searching for more Bioloid information I found* this website

Its really amazing what this university team developed around the Bioloid (e.g. have a closer look at the links and their team-description and the tech-specs). Now that I think that they may speak german its not much brain work for me to email the team and ask if they would occasionally visit this forum and help!? They simply must have solved "our" probs otherwise they wouldn't participate in the 2006 Humanoid League competitions.
