you need to provide some some context to this.
did you follow the instructions in the manual ?
best way to isolate communications problems is to use the robot terminal (see the manual and search this forum and the knowledgebase). connect the CM5 to the PC and see that things go as in the manual, then add one servo, then 2 etc.

I try playing the Humanoid Test program but it kept showing the error:
"ERROR:8100[002F:80]100 002 041 001"

What does this mean? Hope anyone can help... Thanks alot...
