AX-12 Max voltage ?

If this might help right now I am operating the ax-12 using a 11.1V (actually it starts with 12.4v) lipo battery with no voltage regulator and everything works fine - obviously with better performance.

In short: It's fine, but read the other threads.

Hi
I'm powering my AX12s with a 2-cells LiPo (7.4V to 8V, in low part of the voltage range) but I'd like to use a 3-cells (about 12V) to get more speed.

12V is above the "official" maximum voltage. Does someone here use his ax12 with 12V ? Is it really dangerous for the ax12 ?
