As far as I'm aware the two pieces of software are mutually exclusive and noone has managed to hack cross-calling between them. However some people have certainly been experimenting with playing motion pages from libbioloid but I haven't heard any success stories yet.
Statistics: Posted by StuartL — Fri Jul 24, 2009 7:41 am

Hi,

May be this is a weird question but I want to program my CM-5 on linux but without replace the hole robotis firmware, so as I read somewhare, the terminal programm included with the robotis firmware allow a instruction like "Load xxx", witch seems to be able to load a program at certain reserved memory address, so I wonder if there is a chance to make a program with the libbioloid, compiled and then load that program and keep the robotis firmware?,...

And as a related question, if is posible to keep the robotis firmware, can be later be posible to call from a libbioloid program to the saved poses/pages?

Thanks..

Mauricio
Statistics: Posted by buhochileno — Tue Jul 21, 2009 8:19 pm
