Hi,
when i started my premium for the first time, everything was fine but when walking, it was always going to the left.
i try to search how to calibrate it in order to compensate the little mechanical gaps between left and right leg.
i didn't found any help in the kickstart guide and finish to use the 'edit all page' in roboplus motion.
the problem with the 'edit all page' feature is that it modifies each value of each page using the offset you set, but in no case it will create an offset profile proper to your own robot config.
that is to say, once you define an offset for a joint, it is injected in the page values and then the offset come back to 0 value.
So i wasn't satisfy about this feature and was looking for something better.
As i didn't find any solution, i wrote at Robotis's board.
They gave me the solution through this link which is talkink about a profile editor in the roboplus motion 'robot' menu :

http://support.robotis.com/en/software/ ... offset.htm

i hope it will help some Premium owners.

Cheers
FabinovX
Statistics: Posted by FabinovX — Sat Mar 20, 2010 7:12 pm
