cant get robot to sync with computer..

hi there got my premium kit and when i try to use roboplus it doesnt find the robot. i may be doing it wrong i couldnt find any instructions on how to do it properly im useing the usb to serial stick it came with and tryed the robot in all 3 modes it beeps likes it reading but the software comes back with a msg saying it couldnt find the robot and try again.. thanks in advance and feel free to ask any questions you need to diagnose the problem..

edit: found the solution in another thread it wasw the stupid switch on usb2dynamixel lol.. just delete this thread if you want as it is covered on page 4 of the replies.
