I was considering a Bioloid Prenium but after reading a lot of threads on this forum, I've found out that there is a lot more software/howtos released for the CM5 of the Comprehensive kit, rather than the CM-510 that the Prenium has.

Now I'm really confused on what to do, which one to buy.
I like all the support and hacks and libraries of the CM5.

It seems to me that eventually the Comprehensive kit will allow me to do more things than the Prenium, just because of the community support and libraries! Like libbioloid (only for CM5 from I read), the wifi/gumstix/bifferos/bluetooth howtos, URBI (is that available for CM-510? I'm not sure, couldn't find a source that said 510), etc.

Can anyone please advise?
Statistics: Posted by haratron — Tue Feb 08, 2011 6:42 pm
