tutorial for usb2dynamixel FOR DUMMIES?

hi, I believe in learning through practice, and I'm trying to move AX12s with a usb2dynamixel adapter and visual studio 2005. unfortunately, the tutorial assumes the user knows visual studio:

what am I supposed to do for the "Read/Write Example" in the second part?
