I can not take credit for the videos.<br /><br />Dr. Chi Thai did them.<br /><br /><!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.engr.uga.edu/mvteachr">http://www.engr.uga.edu/mvteachr</a><!-- m --><br /><br />I have a Bioloid Stem kit and I think it is real cool. I personally like it better then the Lego NXT 2.0. <br /><br />Based on all of the videos and reviews of the New Lego EV3 kit, I think the STEM kit is still better.<br /><br /><!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://mike-ibioloid.blogspot.com/2013/01/this-is-round-one-of-my-comparison.html">http://mike-ibioloid.blogspot.com/2013/ ... rison.html</a><!-- m --> <br /><br />I have yet to see the new EV3 kit in person so I am curious as to what other people think about this new kit? Hi all<br /><br />Our community memeber i-Bioloid has posted a veyr comprehensive review of Bioloid STEM and the STEM curriculum on his blog post here:<br /><!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://mike-ibioloid.blogspot.pt/2013/02/bioloid-stem-curriculum-review.html?spref=fb">http://mike-ibioloid.blogspot.pt/2013/0 ... l?spref=fb</a><!-- m --><br /><br />Bellow are some of the videos he's made available through his post:<br /><div class='bbmedia' data-url='http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2uythJ1uoU?version=3&amp;amp;hl=en_GB' style='margin: 1px; display: inline-block; vertical-align: bottom;'><div style='width: 200px; height: 40px; border: 1px solid #999; display: table-cell; text-align: center; vertical-align: middle; font: 10px/10px Verdana; color: #555; opacity: 0.5;'><a style='color: #105289; text-decoration: none;' href='http://phpbbex.com/' target='_blank'>phpBB</a> &#91;media&#93;</div><script>if (typeof bbmedia == 'undefined') { bbmedia = true; var e = document.createElement('script'); e.async = true; e.src = 'js/bbmedia.js'; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(e, s); }</script></div><br /><br /><div class='bbmedia' data-url='http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zt_23BOd4A?hl=en_GB&amp;amp;version=3' style='margin: 1px; display: inline-block; vertical-align: bottom;'><div style='width: 200px; height: 40px; border: 1px solid #999; display: table-cell; text-align: center; vertical-align: middle; font: 10px/10px Verdana; color: #555; opacity: 0.5;'><a style='color: #105289; text-decoration: none;' href='http://phpbbex.com/' target='_blank'>phpBB</a> &#91;media&#93;</div><script>if (typeof bbmedia == 'undefined') { bbmedia = true; var e = document.createElement('script'); e.async = true; e.src = 'js/bbmedia.js'; var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(e, s); }</script></div><br /><br />( videos courtesy of Dr. Chi Tai )<br /><br /><br />Bioloid STEM builds on the foundation of Bioloid PREMIUM (CM-530 controller, AX  pin Dynamixel interface) and is designed as an introductory/learning kit.<br />It differs from OLLO in the fact that it uses the more advanced AX series actuators, a more advanced controller, meaning it can later be extended with more servos and frames and build up to a full Humanoid.<br /><br />Regards<br />Pedro.<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="http://forum.robosavvy.com/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=1061">PedroR</a> — Wed Feb 27, 2013 11:50 am</p><hr />
