Hello Guy,

I have also made a robot using SSC32 board.
I have made a simple software to control the servos and play sequence in C# but not time to spend on it right now to enhance it before showing this.
Please came here to share information on your software when it will work !

Well, this robot is the result of an "instinctive" design ! It is also the result of long surfing period on the net, the idea came like this. About the pieces, they are designed with the freeware dxf drawing program Qcad 1.5 : very powerfull and usefull.

No video for the moment, you have to wait that sequencing technics are ok.
I will try a very interesting USB interface comming from spain : more info at this adress : www.jvmbots.com
It seems to works like cubase (music sequencer soft).

More info soon i wish.

Hi,

As i said, I use Bluebird servo model BMS-610 (9,5kg torque) and make test with BMS 630 and 660 (14kg torque) : works well.

What type of servo do you use?
It looks big, so I assume robot servo or your standard servo.

Thanks Bren,

Well this robot is about 40cm hight and about 1.5 Kg.
Is equiped with 22 servos drive by SSC-32.
The first test shows that servos are strong enought to support this weight.
For the moment no sensors are installed, I'm looking for Sharp distance sensor and different things like that.

as I said, the sequencing is my problem for the moment.

Let me introduce my humanoid robot called humabot.

He is made from cnc selfbuild servo bracket in 5052 alu and blue bird servos.

For the moment i'm working on electronics (ssc-32 for the moment) and looking for a freeware servo sequencer to drive it.
