Don't worry,the TowerPro SG-90 must can do the robot..

Only perform like RN-1's actions.not stress anything.

Hi,

Congratulations, your Humanoid is really great. It´s really nice to see that is possible to build something on a small budget.

What´s really great is that i am using servos for my beginner-experiments, that seem similar to yours: TowerPro SG-90. They are very cheap and relativ strong. But i wouldn´t have thought that they were capable to work on a biped.

What are your experiences with those servos? Are those plastic gears really holding? How much have you stressed your biped?

Excellent. Those HXT900 servos are really good for the price. I have a bunch of them for my small rc planes.

The topic "changing the code in the MR-C3024" is how I copy the controller.

You can find out in this forum by "ROBONOVA-I & Hitec" .

I bought all components in Taiwan.

Sorry,I don't know the "Innovati,Inc" whether will open the details what to do the servo set ?so I cannt post the details about how to do that,hope donnt mind.

Yes,all servo brackets just hand made aluminium sheet.

I drill a hole in servo set(aluminium sheet I made) not on servo back shell,and bolt riding in a hole in the servo set.

All the screws diameter are 2 mm,the length is what you design to choose.

My Engilish is very poor,hope donnt mind.

I am a complete novice but i'm very impressed with your home build.

How did you manage to build the MR-C3024, did you just copy the Robonova board?
Are all the components available to buy?
Do you by any chance have a circuit diagram and parts list for this?

I'm seriously thinking about building a robot similar to yours as a project for me and my kids, are all your servo brackets just hand made aluminium sheet?
How have you done the pivots on the opposite side to the servo horns?
Are these just a bolt riding in a hole in the ally?
