hi roo ,

yes I know there have many servo brackets on the market , but this kind of the servo brackets is for the standard RC servo, so I made it myself, also I can go to China to look for a factory to make it , but the min order is talking about 1000pcs , if I want to make one robot , I just made by myself , if I want to make 1000pcs , I will tell factory to do it , it is not the same.

I'm trying to get some brackets made in the UK; I'll let you know how I get on (although knowing the UK they'll probably be too expensive! ).

Do you have any tips for making your own? The work you've done on your robots is fantastic!

yes, because I'm the dealer of the ProGear ,the factory show me that the BL806 is 14kg.cm @ 7.4v ,0.19sec/60 degree @ 7.4v, each HKD$240,
deilvery charge will quot to you later.

now TK03 didn't have any sensor ,if add up sensor will be too heavy I think,
& I think that TK03 project is complete ,but I will try to program more action for TK03 ,

Hi Keith,

Your robot is big but not as heavy as I thought consider it has 25DOF.

I would think it is possible to increase the mobility of the robot.

It looks very sophisticated, how about things like vision and pattern recognistion ?
