once again, these files (program and manuals) are free downloads in japanese on the vstone site, so its totally ok to share these, i wish somebody did that before (vstone themselves to start with), would have saved me a long ass time waiting for them to kindly reply...

May be, you can make a frame yourself for the LED. But I cannot give any circuit enhancement information of RB1000 because I had throw away the old Controller and replace it with that of RB2000.
