I got your meaning of the so-called question mark buttons.
This is the Window problem.
Your Xp (I supposed) is defaulted to read english language,
You can go to the control panel\language and region option,
click the advanced folder and select and add the japanese language
or you can simply go to Microsoft to get the free "Applocale" software,
which when called, (or clicking you defined icon), will get you RoboMaker correct japanese language.
But I think you should learn japanese before understand it
Anyway, you can "blindly" memorize the position of function and some icons in the program
