Just to introduce you guys a robot snake made by a singapore technical school last year.

Servo : Megarobotics AI-1001 20pcs
CPU : Atmega 128
Body : Plastic
Battery : Li-po 2 cell 2000mah

Sure, upload more. Can you tell us more specifics? The applications for robotic snakes are huge. They can traverse small places with a camera that wheeled robots can't enter. They can find people in mines, under collapsed buildings, explore caves and sections of pyramids unsafe for humans, etc. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snakebot
