Sry, didn't explain myself fully.
PBR, is actually a robot that balance a pole in a free fall direction. It's something like trying to balance a 2 meter pole vertically on ur palm while moving forward and backward.
Thus the PBR must have the ability to move in all direction to counteract the pole from falling at any angle.
Am thinking of an design on how to build the PBR. Just asking around for suggestion and ideas.
