There's a trail of evidence indicating that to this Ken "Choco" guy from Huston buys RC stuff and sells it on at an incredible discount and usually doesn't pay in full the amount due for the purchase of the products.
Seems more like childish behaviour than criminal since he is obsessed with exploiting RC forums members while exposing his real identity and address.

He just sent me a PM asking for a good deal on a Bioloid... decisions decisions.. shall I give him a discount?

I've found a lot of other time he did this on R/C forums.
