It does work. We removed the javascript stuff that was showing who's online from the "who's online" block because some people complained about errors and not being able to post on the forum..

needs more looking into.

The chat room is still active!

Typical Chat times

I was wondering if anyone has setup a typical chat night and time. I'm on an ATV site and we usually will target to get online Thursday nights around 8pm. The value of this is so people have a typical night and time set for chatting. It's a bit easier for the ATV crew we are all in Pennsylvania. But it may be nice to note down times for US and other places a night or couple nights that people plan to get on.

I would like to chat but often by the time I think about getting on there is no-one on.

I see the same thing - no one is on. Of course my time has huge differential but can still meet there in am and pm times. The other aspect I'm dealing with on the forum and getting anywhere, including into chat, is everything is so slow. By the time you're redirected to places you don't want to go, and waiting a long time, well, I just feel like giving up on it. I visited some other forums that moved along at lightning speeds. I think the Robosavvy forum has a lot of nice features and is maintained by amazing experts, but I'd trade features for speed and workability any day. Just my pennies worth of thoughts.

It looks like these redirects may be caused by a firewall in the ISP, so I will be switching from the current ISP to a new one. We'll see if that takes care of the redirects.
