Just found this. Not much technical data but it is quite a nice robot - a bit like the one out of The Day The Earth Stood Still (was that Gort, can't remember) - and the face recognition is pretty cool too.

These guys were at RoboCup 2006 and 2007, with their robot taking part in the TeenSize competitions. Pretty nice machine with all these harmonic drive motors. Walks slow (compared to a human), but very stable.
