Has anyone found any details of the futaba Robo-one biped shown in their ad in Robot magazine?

It appears to have a 3 axis hip and wrists.

Nice! 22 DOF by my count. In addition to rotating hips it has rotating elbows. I'll have to remember to do that to my Bioloid when I finally get one. Any sign of a target price? One thing I'd like is serial daisy-chained servos.

The original post, which was done based information at the Hobby Show exhibit, says 20 DOF, but you could be right.

At that point (late May) the official 'party line' was that they don't have any set release plan and are still testing the market interest. I suspect that the impact made by both the Robonova and more recently the KHR-2HV will force some of the other potential players like Futaba to go ahead and release products for sale as soon as possible.
