They tried to generalize the system as much as they could so they used any robot size and type they could get their hands on from Fanuc to Lego. They demonstrated how their system can control the head servo on the KHR-1.

I dont think microsoft should step into the world of robitcs.. Thinking about having your RoboNova-1 running fine and then getting a virus and crashing because of an internal Blue Screen is very scary to think about!

Totally agree and imagine turning it on then having to wait 30 minutes while the latest service pack downloads and installs only to find it's not compatible with your own programs. It may fix 5 bugs but will add another 25!!!!!!

(Okay maybe I am being a little unfair - long live SUN SOLARIS!!!!!!!!)
