Hay im trevor But i go buy Mako
i am currently progressing to be a mechanical engineer with a specialization in robotics
i have built robots using Boe-Bot for my robotics course
i have also restored 1 and 1/2 rumble robots to working order
[bolt man] & [clamster]
(they were a cheap robot toy , and the one half is due to a arm servo that's busted and in need of replace on clamster)
i Am currently looking into purchasing a Humanoid Robotics Kit and i have seen Many variations
1 helpful source was

robophilo the cheapest and somewhat impressive 20 degrees of freedom im starting to lean towards this but from video clips it dosent seem to have a lot of power in the arms to pick up and move objects
Then i found the Kumo-tek x , and it seems rather impressive but a bit expensive for what i see on its basic model
the Robonova one is highly appealing with the led in the head
(sorry im a sci fi fan robots need lights ) and strong and very smooth operating servos , this is a top choice unless i hear anything that says other wise
Vstone-Robovie-M version 3, is very expensive and takes a lot to get it to move and then must buy a wireless controller after building it , seems a little much.....
a interesting and not much talked about robot was Volks-Robofie VS-1 which i saw as just a anime robot made for fans but it seemed nice but it was 1800$ and the robonova outclassed it from what i saw
seen this mech rc and i like the user friendly soft ware but it doesn't seem to precise and robophilo is cheaper with more actions
so any help on this is really appreciated Thank you
