Hi,
Could you help me?
I'm looking for a video wireless (1.2 or 2.4 GHz) transmitter (I'd like to attach a camera in my pan & tilt system
http://www.freewebs.com/alonsobrain/rob ... tm#pantilt
)

Do you know a good and cheap one? It must have at least a 200 meter range

thank you in advance

alonso

8) Hi,

I've found wireless cameras in all price ranges with simple google searches ...

$25 + ... I have two $25 cameras for my aircraft and robotics that work great ... Sorry, I can't find the link to that web site ...

OTOH, here's a middle of the road priced wireless camera ...

The cheap cameras I have tried do not reach 200m and the quality is average or rather poor. In interiors and with low light most cameras do not give a decent picture.

I found one camera however that gives excellent quality and with a range of 500m, light weight (<30gr), it is the TX40 sold here:

The complete Kit with camera and receiver is not cheap: 300 Euro.
I have purchased other camera kits for the same price with awful quality,.:-(, so this one may be not so expensive after all.

You may want to check the videos posted by owners of this camera in this site, with the camera mounted on RC planes and other vehicles. The video quality and range are very good.
