Every day. Jawbone, one of the earlier ones, works well. I don't have it on constantly, just when I don't want to hold a phone to my head.
What irks me most is when I'm on it and people don't notice, and begin talking to me while I'm listening to someone on it. If I put a big blinking LED on my forehead, maybe they'd notice.
The Jawbone is pretty small.
If I'm outside in a strong wind, that causes problems, but it's tolerable if I turn my head away from the wind.
It does introduce audio delay, but then so do digital phones. I tend to talk fast, and the delay of the phone itself and the headset causes me to say "Go ahead" when I realize I'm talking before the other person has started to talk but the delay caused me to think they weren't talking. Same applies for international calls where there is even more delay.
