Wow, thats quick.

I have a Manoi, but didn't do much of the assembly myself.

You need to be sure to check the manual very carefully and follow the home position setup exactly.

Also, grease needs to be applied (small pot included) on some of the joints as per the manual.

Can you read Japanese?

If not, I posted a translation (very bad) on the forums which may or may not help.
