Me too,
I won't be able to get one until next year but I an looking forward to hearing everyones impressions.
I found the heart to heart program in English and some documentation;

I've been told, but haven't confirmed for myself yet, that the PF01 uses the latest RCB3 firmware - which is why Kondo released the new firmware just before the PF01 hit the store shelves.

This may present a challenge for some people since the only H2H3 version that has been translated so far is for the original RCB3 firmware and will probably have difficulty running with the new firmware. If they run into problems, they'll have to use the Japanese version.
