Amazingly, they sent me the whole assembly manual translated into English in pdf form! That was a big help although it's very easy to follow the Japanese one too.
It took about 10 hours to build him. It's definitely not easy on the fingers (ouch). No way you can use an electric screwdriver either as the plastic shell is VERY delicate. If you tighten the screw too much, then the plastic will buckle and begin to crack. Basically don't tighten all the way, just until you start to feel the resistance.
I'd imagine he's probably one of the more difficult robots to build.
