As an experiment I've fixed in blender and exported and then loaded into a 3D printing service: (Shapeways.com) - Not sure if you can see this:

I noticed that the wck.igs file is incomplete. One side of the wck covers is missing. May i know where to download the complete drawings of it? I need it urgently..thanks in advance

Modelling a robobuilder pan and tilt with Google Sketch

This is just a test - and shows how you can create a simple pan and tilt. I have also loaded some Google Sketch items successfully into Shapeways.com for 3D printing - but it takes a bit of effort to sort out non-manifold errors. But otherwise it seems a really easy to use program for CAD development.
