MotionBuilder "No SerialCode"

I've recently had to replace my Robobuilder controller due to one of the ports failing. I had already downloaded some files from the robobuilder website for motionbuilder. You get an error "No SerialCode" if you try to open these files because they are registered against the serial number of the old controller. As long as you have already registered the new serial number you should be able to redownload the files and they should work okay. I guess this also means that if you save a file and try to send it to someone else that file wont open for the same reason. Opening and saving the file again doesn't appear to work either.
