Hi Bruno
The battery duration will depend on the construction that you assemble.
For example during BETT we had a demo construction with only _one_ servo that worked for 6 hours on battery.
In a humanoid construction (with 16 servos), the battery duration will be about 10 minutes as you said.
Note that, when the battery is discharged, you can still run/use Robobuilder if you connect it to the normal 220V wall socket. To that that you just need the adpater that comes with the kit.
Again, that's how we did it on BETT. We had the humanoids running for 8 hours a day directly connected to the electricity.
Additionally if you later want to modify you Robobuilder, you can replace the standard battery by a Lithium Polymer battery which will give you a LOT more battery time.
Personally I like Robobuilder very much and would recommend it to anyone who's looking into buying a humanoid.
If you are interested in the black version, if you buy it from us (Robosavvy) you get the distance sensor for free
(on the Transparent version the distance sensor is already included in the kit)
