Hi all

I'm proud to say we have finally managed to agree with the guys from Robobuilder about the bluetooth module.

This is one module (1 EA) to fit into the RBC controller box.
The module is a Parani ESD200 and it comes already pre programmed to operate with Robobuilder: it is setup to work in Mode 3 at 115kbps.

I believe iBot got one just like this but had to manually pre program it to mode 3 and 155 kbps. The issue is that to do that programming you need to have an additional RS232 to TTL converter board.
By getting the module already pre programmed you avoid buying one of those boards. :)

The price is 42,5 GBP (incl VAT) and it will be available on the store tomorrow (they will ship to customers on the 21st of this month).

I'm looking forward to get my hands on one of those myself to start playing with the PS2 controller and do some more work on the DLL/ wck protocol library!

Cheers
Pedro.
