Start the "Robobuilder Diagnostic tool". Connect the Robobuilder and see what it says. I had a red flashing light and found that one of the servo leads was disconnected.

Hope this helps!

You could contact the place where you purchased it or contact Robobuilder via phone or leave a message on their forums.

I hope you get some resolution.

Hi,

have you made any progress ?

I've seen similar problem when I had a firmware problem and it wasn't picking up the type of robot configuration. Have you checked that your serial number reads correctly and tried setting the config type by pressing PF1 at boot.

cheers
