hello, i'm a college student from japan, and for some class, we have to program robobuilder.

but we (my group members) can't save the robobuilder files for some reason...
can someone help up? we have everything working fine, we just can't save and we get an error message saying "fail to save. check rbc" error.

Sounds like a fun class where you have to program robobuilder

I assume you're using motionbuilder - you might want to check you have compatible versions of firmware and motion software. Fimrware is now at version 2.30 and motion builder at 1.19 I think.

Check your robot is on! and the serial connection is running on the correct port (and baud rate 115200).

Also make sure if you're programming Huno (humanoid) the robot is in correct mode using rbc buttons. (PF1 blue light)

You should be able to test the motion you have created using test button - 9if that works then at least connection is fine.

One other problem is possibly the serial number in the firmware - check its reading correctly

Yes - you get the latest version from the robobuilder web site and then flash using RBCupgrade tool.

Here's a link to the manual http://robosavvy.com/RoboSavvyPages/Rob ... torial.pdf

You may be able to get japanese version from the robobuilder site - http://robobuilder.net/jpn/index.asp
