Hi,

I am a newbie robobuilder owner (5710K with bluetooth) and I am having some issues with the diagnostic tool!

Although my robot is apparently working OK the diagnostic tool wont go past step 1 as it claims I have servos that do not respond!

The servos that do not respond vary and are not always the same and can be from 6 to 10!

Is there a problem with the tool (I am using the one on the CD that came with the robot!)

Thanks for any help

Dear TJ

If the Robot turns on and functions properly when you use the Remote Control then it is OK.

I recommend you download the latest Diagnostic tool from the Robobuilder website http.//robobuilder.net (you need to register first before being able to download; registration is free).

In addition you should run the diagnostic tool with the SERIAL CABLE connected to the computer.
Running the diagnostic tool over Bluetooth is NOT recommended as BT communication errors may cause the diagnostic tool to malfunction.

Regards
Pedro.
