I have tried what you said, but it could not solve the problem.
Actually i have found solution. If you log in web page of robobuilder and not by english name but by korean username, there is a programm to solve such kind of problems. So I downloaded it from web page and executed and now everything is ok. Actually i have loged in by my korean friend's username and I guess you can not get access. So I have uploaded the file here:

It's all in Korean so we have no idea what this is and would really like to know some more details about it.
