I have a problem with my new 5720T. I can use it when it’s connected the power supply but after I disconnect, it stopped the work immediately, like there is no battery. How can I fix this problem? I bought a pre-assembled kit and used it only few days.

You have to set it to a charging mode
With the AC adaptor connected and the control box switched on press and hold the pf1 and pf2 keys (rear right of the control box) for a few seconds.

The green power light will start flashing which means it is in charging mode.

Takes 90 mins or so and then the green led will stop flashing - the battery should be charged.

Cheers
