I have a Robobuilder Huno (the one with clear motors) that workks perfectly fine- until i try to download my programs. I can program it fine, and select all-test to run it perfectly from Motionbuilder. however, when i use either Motionbuilder or the Download tool to download my programs, i can use the remote to set to initial position, and use any of the standard motions, but when i try running my own programs, the red error light on the RBC turns on. It doesn't blink, it stays constantly on. I have ruin the Diagnostic tool: it is working perfectly fine. I tried two robots and three computers: all the same result. I also updated the firmware to 2.34. Same thing. I have tried everything i know: update connector drivers, all that. if you know the solution, please tell me soon, because this is very urgent; i am leaving for Korea to compete in the International Robot Olympiad on Thursday. Thanks.

Hi Adude350

There are two Robobuilders that have clear motors. the 5720T which has 100% clear motors and RQ-HUNO which has partially clear motors, so it'd be great if you could let us know exactly which model you have.

In any case, the error you're seeing may be cause by having incorrect setting in MotionBuilder.

If your Robot is a 5720T, in MotionBuilder, you need to set the project platform to Creator HUNO and develop your motions.
Also make sure you are using only the default 16 servos.

if you have an RQ-HUNO, you need to set the platform in MotionBuilder accordingly as well.

If you try to run a Motion that's been created for an incorrect platform in MotionBuilder you'll get that error.
