Robobuilder PS2 BT problem

Hi,
I have 6 Robobuilders which are working OK.
I have installed BT modules into the robots and also installed the kit for PS2 controllers as described in the document. But I cannot control the robots through PS2 controllers.
The BT modules said to be sent as paired and ready-to-use. Should I do something else (maybe in th software) to make the BT run?

When I open the PS2 controller the leds light as I push the buttons, I don't think that there is a problem with the controller.

I have installed the Androis controller, but I cannot see the BT modules with an android phone also.

any advices please?

Hi mustafa

Could you please clarify which PS2 kits you got?

One RoboSavvy we only supply the simple Bluetooth module (stand alone; not in pairs) to use with the Android app or from the PC.

The stand alone units we sell come pre programmed to be disocverable and accept any device.

If you got a pair, they are probably programmed to connect to each other and not communicate with any other device.

Regards
Pedro.

hi,
We got them from RoboBuilder as paired. I understand that they are not for android or PC use, but it does not work with its own PS2 pair.
We can get no information or support from Robobuilder about the issue.

Hi mustafa

I'm afraid I'm not able to provide you more help on this as we don't sell the pre paired version of the Bluetooth modules for Robobuilder.

I strongly recommend contacting the place where you purchased your modules.

Regards
Pedro.
