Help needed for XP embedded installation on Roboard

Hi,

I was trying to install XP Embedded on Roboard. I have created an OS image of XP embedded with some basic components. I created a bootable USB using this image. When I tried to boot using this USB, I got a blue screen similar to the one given in page 3 of slipstream(Floppy Less installation) manual. I tried using slipstream method, but got stuck at the second step of Slipstreaming(page 4) where it asks for a windows cd or file. I have following files/directories in my OS image:
Documets and Settings, Program Files, Windows, Boot, NTDETECT,ntldr and WERUNTIME.
It does not have I386 folder which I think nlite is looking for. So, I am unable to use nlite for making XP embedded iso image.

Does anyone know how to make XP embedded iso image with the roboard drivers?
