Roboard 100 and Ubuntu 10.04 : How to install JDK

I've a problem with installation JDK 6 on Roboard 100 and Ubuntu 10.04.

You know the correct Java packge to install, please ???

The JDK 6 should use MMX (and SSE/SSE2) instructions such that JDK install failed on rb-100.

I'm sure that the JDK 1.2.1 works in WinXP on rb-100.

you may find the older version JDK.

you can find old JDK in:

The latest JDK that we have tried on RoBoard is "JDK 6 Update 22 for Windows"; its Linux version might work on RoBoard.

I will try to install the "JDK 6 Update 22" but is i586 architecture ;-(
and roboard is i386, right ?

Although Oracle mentions "JDK 6 Update 22" is for i586, its Windows version actually works on RoBoard; so might do its Linux version.

In addition, it seems that JDK 1.2.1 has no Linux version.

I Confirm THIS :

The JRE 6 U 22 works in WinXP (SP3) on rb-100 !

I'll try if it works with Ubuntu !
