DARPA recently released the demo video of their new and enhanced BigDog quadruped robot. The basic reason to develop this robot is to serve the troops by carrying the heavy loads on rugged terrains. It has got many useful stuffs in its newer version like: reduced noise level, transition of various speed, etc..
