havimo 2.0 has high temperature after 2~5 mins

havimo 2.0 has high temperature after 2~5 mins

i use havimo 2.0 connect CM-510 with SMPS not battery
It works about 2~5 mins . back chip of havimo (FD50 F151) has
high temperature .but it works normal. Is that normal ?
