Screws lost and loosened

I created some demo motions and I noticed that my Kondo, just after a while, lost at least 4 screws.

What is more dramatic is that also the leg bracket screws, mounted on servos ch19 and 13, loosened.

Only my Kondo have this problem?

I'm looking for best solution for solve this problem
